BMI View: Our forecasts for Q4 remain unchanged as little has occurred over the past few months to change our overall view of the Turkish water sector. We still believe that although Turkey has undergone a large number of developments both with regards to the structure and regulation of the water sector as a whole, pollution and water scarcity will continue to be a problem.
